Our cross-border logistics covers most overseas countries and regions worldwide. A few regions restricted by international transportation regulations and local import policies cannot be delivered, and the system will automatically block order submission for restricted areas. We adopt independent logistics trunk lines for different regions to conduct classified packaging and delivery.
2. Carrier & Order Tracking
We cooperate with multiple qualified professional cross-border logistics providers to undertake parcel transportation and last-mile delivery. After warehouse packaging and outbound, the system will generate an exclusive tracking number, which will be synchronized to user member accounts and bound email addresses. Users can inquire logistics progress via the official tracking page of cooperative carriers, including sorting, cross-border transit and customs clearance status. Logistics node update delay within several hours belongs to normal system synchronization situation.
3. General Transportation Cycle
After payment confirmation and warehouse quality inspection, goods will enter international cross-border transportation procedures. The overall transportation period is affected by logistics backlog, international transfer efficiency and destination customs clearance progress. We do not promise fixed delivery time, and only provide approximate transit cycle for reference. The delivery period will be appropriately prolonged during global logistics peak seasons and large-scale promotional activities.
4. Customs and Duties
All cross-border cosmetic parcels shall comply with local customs declaration regulations of destination countries. Our brand will truthfully declare commodity information. All import-related taxes and official handling fees shall be borne by recipients, and the tax standard shall be subject to real-time regulations of local customs authorities. vovpet cannot adjust, reduce or exempt any governmental tax fees.
If parcels are detained, returned or destroyed due to local cosmetic import restrictions, declaration verification problems and policy adjustments, all freight and commodity losses shall be borne by users, and the brand will not bear relevant compensation responsibilities.
5. Parcel Receipt Rules
Carriers will contact users via reserved contact methods to confirm delivery arrangements before dispatching. Users shall keep communication accessible; unclaimed parcels will be returned to overseas warehouses automatically after exceeding local storage time limits. Users can check outer packaging integrity before signing for parcels, and have the right to refuse receipt for severely damaged outer packages.
This brand does not support offline self-pickup service, and all goods are delivered exclusively via official logistics channels.
6. Order Cancellation Rules
Users can apply for full order cancellation before goods outbound from overseas warehouses, and funds will be refunded to the original payment credit card. Once parcels depart the warehouse and enter cross-border transit, orders cannot be intercepted or cancelled midway; users can only submit after-sales applications after receiving parcels.
